What’s the Cabbage Soup Diet All About?

Most diets are either completely useless or very vague, sometimes both! Thankfully, you cannot say that about the cabbage soup diet. This diet is for people that are overweight that are looking to lose at least 20 pounds, do not try to start this diet if you are already at a reasonable weight.

To make progress, you have to follow the cabbage soup diet weight loss plan to a tee. You cannot stray from it! You can’t decide, “what’s one cookie going to do”, none of that! Especially during the first couple of weeks of the diet, the most important weeks, because that is when you will lose most of your weight.

The first 7 days of the diet are extremely important, the exact plan of what you need to eat during those seven days depends on which exact variation of the program you are going on, but a diet full of fruits and vegetables that is low in fat is the general theme.

This diet is not for those of you who have been known to stick with a diet for a week and then quit, if you are going to do that the cabbage soup diet will do you absolutely no good.

If you are, however, determined to lose a significant amount of weight without surgery and in a healthy way, I would definitely consider this diet. You will lose weight, your cholesterol, resting heart beat, and blood pressure should all go significantly lower, and you will feel better about yourself, which is what it’s all about!
